THE SHREDZ are all about gathering around their favourite rhythms as launch pads for their mesmerising excursions into dub space and kraut-jazzy soundscapes. On IN DUB, they pay their dues to sound system culture and the tradition of the one-riddim-album, thus revealing a deeper view of the inner workings of this one-of-a-kind ensemble.

The Shredz have been crafting their own brand of archetypical, synergetic soundscapes made of Dub, Jazz, Hip Hop and Krautrock. The musical process in this quartet, featuring some of Europe’s foremost instrumentalists, is entirely based on their personal style of collective improvisation that is centred around hypnotic grooves, time and space bending atmospheres and the trance of ensemble playing.
