The Positive Thinking algum was designed to encourage positive thinking through uplifting and warm ambient music embedded with Alpha and Beta brainwaves.
The track starts with Alpha (8 Hz) and rapidly ramp up to low Beta (12 Hz) where it stays until the end of the session.
Alpha is the first brainwave pattern that can be reached during the meditation practice and is associated with increased creativity, improved the immune system and release of serotonin. Beta brainwaves are brainwaves within the range of 12 and 38 Hz and are usually generated in the brain's left-hemisphere. This hemisphere is associated with positive thoughts. If you feel tired or sleepy, increasing your Beta brainwave can get you back up. When you are in a Beta state, you will have more energy and also experience an increase in your level of positive thinkink and excitement.
