Spark N Cinder was formed in January 1976 in Chico, CA. Their music is multi rhythmic, combining Samba, R&B, Funk, Afro and Latin beats into what can only be described as Spark N Cinder music. In their storied history they have opened shows for many notable musicians, including Bob Dylan, Taj Mahal, and Marcia Griffiths with Sly & Robbie.
