SØLVE serves to express concepts of self-reflection and spiritual conflict/exploration through alchemical and hermetic ritualism. The process of breaking down to rebuild is an extremely personal and often discouraging path towards addressing faults and limitations, and digging deep within can often reveal the aspects of ourselves that we are not always prepared to discover. As an album, 'the negative' aims to recognize these shadows and to accept the profound impact they have. Despite their seemingly destructive energy, these perspectives offer an important insight towards understanding and comprehending the values they hold for achieving a greater knowledge of our nature, our intent, and our path to reaching a greater self.
