Shallow Point by Polje Nieuk
"𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐣𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐞𝐮𝐤 is the sound-based collaborative project of Dylan Marelić and Grzegorz Dalmata. The duo embraces the tension between openness and uncertainty, structure and folly.
Their practice is process-driven and rooted in collagic methodologies. Working with DIY electro-acoustic instruments, field recordings, modular and analog synthesisers, and speech, 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐣𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐞𝐮𝐤 constructs improvisational sonic wanderings that resist fixed meaning. Their compositions explore the relationship between noise and signal, often dissolving into drones, rhythms, and textures that conjure imagery of hypothetical landscapes."
