For the first time in 30 years, Surface of the Earth return with brand new music—still rooted in their signature slow-motion, feedback-driven sound, yet pushing it into fresh, uncharted territory.

Following solo outings by K-Group and Destrifan on Knotwilg, it felt only natural to present this long-awaited release in parallel with the band’s very first European tour.

In Colour unfolds as ten immersive pieces: subtle drones colliding with ambient soundscapes, guitars and electronics weaving into a unique pop-drone statement. It’s a work that both honors their legacy and boldly redefines it—an album as forward-looking as it is reverent of the past.
