Aera by Wait And See
"Wait and See" is a retro pop/electro duo from France. After gaining a following on Soundcloud, they got on board to score "World 1-1", an american documentary about the origin of video games in the 80's.
"Aera" is their debut with Future 80's Records, and their first step into the world of retro-inspired music. Wait and See went for something original and fresh that you can listen loud on your headphones and radio, yet during a morning shower as well. It's dance, it's pop, it's easy listening, it's for everyone. The album sets on a quest for emotions, and discovers them through long leads and basslines, arpeggiators and beats straight out of some future 80's.
Wait and See takes you on a temporal-spatial journey through 30 years of music, from the past to the future of this timeless retro-futuristic style. "Aera" is the code name of your journey.
